iTar provides you with a visual interface for handling GNU tar files. Drag and drop files or folders onto the image and compress them into the tar format and, optionally, compress them using gzip, bzip2 or UNIX compress.

 

In order to use iTar you have to meet the following system requirements:

 

* Operative System: Mac OS X v10.3 (Panther) / Mac OS X v10.4 (Tiger) / Mac OS X v10.5 (Leopard)
